The West End
Dinner and a show, anyone? Music lovers hitting up the summertime concerts at the Cape Cod Melody Tent now have a convenient new dining option: this neighboring high-end restaurant, which opened at the end of June. The West End is definitely a draw all on its own, though, serving up elevated New American cuisine with an eye toward the seasonal and locally sourced. You'll find a selection of toasts, topped with everything from house-smoked bluefish pâté bone marrow butter and pickled onion, surf (like local littleneck clam vongole) and turf (like crispy duck breast with duck confit and cheesy polenta). Wash them down with refreshing spritzers made with herbs plucked from an on-site garden.
